Are you in a relationship now? Are you committed right now? How committed are you? With whom? Your partner? Your job? Happy for you Love.
But let me ask you a question, are you committed with God? You and your partner is committed with God? If yes, then be strong in faith so that your relationship may grow with God as well, I am very happy for you Love. If no, why not? Start today by committing yourself with God Love. I'll be praying for you and your relationship.
How can you make a commitment with a person and you don't even commit yourself to God alone first with everything you have? How can you save your commitment with anything or anyone when God was never been the top priority of your life?
It saddens me that most of us, wants a stable job, family, or even the most famous word for commitment is relationship in love, but we don't even make, give or spend more time with God.
We don't even give our whole heart to be committed to Him but gives our whole heart and time to the person we are committed to which results to even more brokenness and pain we are about to feel or experience once God breaks us.
A non-committed relationship with God brings life into more brokenness, failed relationships, rejection, discouragement, and above all PRIDE and SIN reigns over your life.
I pray that before we all commit into something or someone, we first learn and strengthen our commitment with God first. Once He is the top priority and the foundation of our life, where no one can make us stumble with sin, commitment is not that scary when God moves and does His perfect plan for us. Humble yourself over everything and pride won't take your life again (Proverbs 11:2)
Let us do our best to commit our whole self to God alone first since it is an eternal life we received from Him in Heaven before we commit ourselves with temporal happiness in this life on Earth. (Proverbs 16:3)
We can do this! Trust in God's process in your life! Cooperating with God means seeking Him earnestly, surrendering our plans and submitting to Him alone. God knows the desires of our heart for commitment, but He knows what's best for us, trust in Him.
Let His will be done and not ours.

When God breaks us, COOPERATE.
